Brennan Fleming, M.S., CSCS, having experience at he Division 1, 2, and 3 levels. With a robust blend of academic knowledge and practical experience, we will give you the training you deserve.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Brennan brings a wealth of expertise to The Armory, tailoring cutting-edge training programs that enhance athletic performance and ensure safety. His approach is grounded in the latest sports science research, ensuring that every program is both effective and evidence-based.

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services, including personal training, group fitness classes, athletic performance training, strength and conditioning programs, youth training, and wellness services. We also provide online coaching and virtual classes for those who prefer to train remotely.

How do I get started at The Armory?

What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, you'll meet with one of our coaches for a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs you may have. This session will help us create a tailored fitness plan that aligns with your objectives.

What safety measures do you have in place?

The safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. We have implemented comprehensive cleaning protocols, provide sanitation stations throughout the gym, and limit class sizes to ensure proper social distancing. All equipment is sanitized regularly, and we ask all members to follow our safety guidelines.
