We believe that everyone, from beginners to elite athletes, can benefit from structured strength and conditioning programs. By combining strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery strategies, Brennan helps clients reach their full potential, whether in competition, in the gym, or in everyday life. The Armory Strength and Conditioning is a premier fitness facility specializing in athletic performance training, strength conditioning, and personalized fitness programs. Led by Brennan Fleming, M.S., CSCS, our gym combines cutting-edge techniques with a supportive community to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals.
We offer a wide range of services, including personal training, group fitness classes, athletic performance training, strength and conditioning programs, youth training, and wellness services. We also provide online coaching and virtual classes for those who prefer to train remotely.

During your first visit, you'll meet with one of our coaches for a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs you may have. This session will help us create a tailored fitness plan that aligns with your objectives.
The safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. We have implemented comprehensive cleaning protocols, provide sanitation stations throughout the gym, and limit class sizes to ensure proper social distancing. All equipment is sanitized regularly, and we ask all members to follow our safety guidelines.
